Parking Products

Liverpool Airport Secure Parking (LASP) has a number of airport parking products which are described in detail on our website www.slaparking.co.uk 


Our base is just 5 minutes from Liverpool John Lennon Airport and as well as offering parking facilities we also offer a range of other products in particular, valeting, servicing & MOT testing

Details of our exact location, together with a map are available from our website. There are no height restrictions at our car park site for vehicles fitted with rooftop mounted ski racks and boxes.


Whilst you can book via our website with confidence in the system used to handle your credit card details you can also arrange bookings via the telephone on 0151 728 3050 (077922 40725, available 24/7) or we will, particularly for late bookings, accept cash on arrival, always of course subject to availability.


Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the date of departure will be refunded in full, however, any cancellations made after that time will incur the full charge.


Amended bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the date of departure, however, they may incur an administration fee of £5 which can be waived at the sole discretion of LASP depending on circumstances.

Where an amendment requires additional days of parking they will be charged at the appropriate daily rate.
Customers should always leave sufficient time for the transfer to the airport and LASP cannot be held responsible for late arrivals and in this regard we recommend you arrive at the car park 20 minutes before your check in on time and LASP cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, breakdown or any such matters beyond their control.


Our site is well fenced, has 24 hour coverage and is covered by a series of linked CCTV cameras, however we do have public access to our site and as such WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS, ALL VEHICLES ARE LEFT AT THE OWNERS RISK.

Vehicles may need to be moved for operational reasons within the site and as such you are required to leave your car keys with us, however we will keep them in a secure location when not in use. Should you refuse to leave your keys with us then an additional charge of £20 will be made subject to prime space being available.

Vehicle Condition

LASP shall only accept a vehicle presented in a roadworthy condition and reserves the right to refuse to accept any vehicle that would appear to be in breach of this clause.

Dangerous or illegal substances must not be left in the vehicle.

The Car Parking will not accept any liability for damage etc: Vehicles are left solely at the owner’s risk

Where a customer believes that there may have been damage to the paintwork/bodywork of the vehicle whilst parked they must bring this to the attention of a LASP representative before leaving the site, however unless they can proof the damage to paintwork/bodywork or any other was not present before dropping the vehicle off, LASP WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY ALL VEHICLES ARE LEFT AT THE OWNERS RISK, A COPY OF THIS STATEMENT IS AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION.

Airport Transfer

Where a transfer to/from the airport does not form part of the contract, as this is a free service; it may be that at busy times this cannot be done instantly and that short delays may occur.

Where excess luggage is being transferred this may result in delays which LASP will keep to a minimum.

Fragile items should be securely packed, however LASP will not accept damage claims regarding the carriage of fragile items whatever the circumstances.

Large items of luggage (for example, boxed bicycles) should be notified to LASP at the time of booking in order to avoid issues on the day of travel.
We regret we cannot carry animals on our airport transfer shuttle vehicles and in such a situation we recommend you book “chauffeur service” (see website for details).

Complaints Procedure

Where the customer feels they have a complaint they will only be dealt with in writing, via email or post, however LASP will always endeavour to acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and deal with the matter as promptly as possible thereafter.
